KNX IP Router 752 secure enables secure forwarding (routing) of telegrams between different lines via LAN (IP, Ethernet). The device as a secure router enables the connection of non-secure communication on the KNX TP line with a secure IP line. The KNX IP Router 752 secure has an extended filter table for the main group 0..31 and can store up to 150 telegrams in the buffer.
The device also serves as a secure interface between IP (Ethernet) and KNX and can be used as a programming interface for ETS®. As a KNX Secure Interface (tunneling), the device prevents unauthorized access to the system. The connection between the PC and the interface is encrypted.
With the secure KNX IP Router 752, it is possible to access the KNX bus from any point in the LAN. Encryption also enables secure programming over the Internet. The security option can be enabled or disabled in ETS.
The device features a compact design with a width of only 1 module s (18 mm) and is powered by the KNX bus.
Buttons and LEDs on the device enable local diagnostics of the current operating status and possible communication errors.
