Control 12 is a reliable versatile between the PEAKnx panels. The 11,6 ''Full-HD control panel, including YOUVI visualization, can be used to control the room or house, as a status and information display or as a door door intercom. Through Control 12, YOUVI Basic can be used to perform all household Control functions from the central location in the smart house. Time control facilitates individual adaptation of KNX Smart Home to customer's wishes and requirements. YOUVI is not only easy to use, but can also be arranged individually-simply by stretching with a mouse. Web widgets offer an additional flexible option to integrate websites directly into visualization.
Those who want to integrate surveillance cameras, use Alexa voice control, or create custom routines and logic or presence simulations can flexibly extend the YOUVI Basic functional range using modules. Control via a smartphone using the free YOUVI Smart Home App is also possible on your own Home network. To use the home control app on the go, simply add the YOUVI Connect module.
Control 12 is a full-fledged computer equipped with Windows 10 LTSC, which allows not only the use of all Windows and Web visualizations (e. G. Gira QuadClient or CubeVision by BAB-Tec), but it is also suitable for playing music or browser. Applications, e.g. Depending on the visualization used, the KNX touch panel can also be used to display SIP door intercom systems with video transmission, alarm systems and energy management. Thanks to the integration of the music system, Control 12 can also take over the Control of music in several rooms.
Direct KNX connection and the attached YOUVI software package will turn Control 12 into a full-fledged central and independent smart home server. No external IP router hardware or other server is required. Alternatively, a KNX display can be used as a client with an external server (e. G. Gira Homeserver s vizualizaciou QuadClient).
The use of high-quality industrial components ensures long-term operation even in continuous use. The structure has no movable parts and is therefore not only maintenance-free but also quiet. Protection against failures is provided by a sophisticated heat management system. This helps To ensure uniform heat dissipation throughout the front of the panel-without any blur on the wall. Powerful hardware ensures smooth operation of the camera and effortlessly handles all basic household control tasks.
Control 12 can be installed under the plaster, but also on the surface thanks to the thin design. However, with the corresponding adapter frame, the Control 12 can be installed completely in one plane with the wall. The installation in one plane with the Wall elegantly sets the KNX control center into the scene and gives an extremely noble impression. For the visual accent, it is possible to visibly incorporate the surrounding aluminum edge. Alternatively, it is also possible to cover the edge for a more discreet look. In addition to its own plaster box, it can be installed in many others. It can be additionally mounted everywhere where the boxes are installed under the plaster, which have a maximum size of 215x135mm. For this purpose, simply install a plaster-variant panel on the appropriate box under the plaster.
