The KNX module enables the Dual Q smoke detector to be connected to the KNX system. Downward compatible, so it can also be used for Dual/VdS smoke detectors.

Auxiliary unit alarm (for connecting several devices to the smoke detector via KNX).
Wired alarm (wired connection of several smoke alarm devices).
Signal transmitter (to turn on the signaling tone)
Status messages. Error messages.

The KNX module is simply inserted into the Dual smoke detector interface. The smoke detector network terminals can continue to be used when the module is connected.
