The SO08L02KNX-3M OL-U KNX series switch is equipped with up to 8 mechanical buttons (16 channels) and the SO04L02KNX-3M is equipped with 4 mechanical buttons (8 channels) to control on/off, dimming, blinds and blinds or other programmable command and control functions. The device can be configured via the ETS application program and can communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol.
The device integrates one 2-stage thermostat to control two different areas, both with an integrated PI controller to control heating, cooling, valves, 6-way valves, 2 and 4 pipe fan coils.
A freely configurable RGB LED bar is also available to display statuses or other quantities available on the KNX bus. In addition, 32 logic blocks are available to implement simple expressions with logical or threshold operators or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators. It is possible to use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity control or dew point calculation.
The device also integrates "virtual holder logic"; the area of use is a hotel room: with a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input, accurate presence information is managed. A presence detection solution can deduce the presence of people in a room using one or more dedicated sensors. It also detects unexpected presence and can distinguish more behaviors.
