To control heating and cooling applications in a room, such as a radiator, underfloor heating or a cooling ceiling. The device has 4 channels each for independent control of a heating or cooling application. Each channel has an electronic valve output to control the thermoelectric valve actuator, as well as 3 inputs to detect and monitor the condition of the room (use for window contact, dew point sensor, level sensor or temperature sensor). It is also possible to connect one analog room control unit (SAR/A or SAF/A) to the inputs of each channel. Each channel has its own integrated room temperature controller to control the room temperature, which can be used directly to control the device outputs. VC/S 4.2.1 offers simple manual control.
The device supports the ABB i-bus Tool for advanced diagnostics and better commissioning.
